How Far We Have Come
The league was founded in 1999, with the inaugural season starting that Fall. That season comprised of 5 towns with a total of 15 teams. At that time there were only 2 divisions: Junior division (comprised of 4th and 5th graders), and Senior division (comprised of 6th and 7th graders). Through the years we have steadily grown to become one of the largest youth football programs in the West Central area of Missouri.
Now, 17 years later, we have continuously worked to improve on how our league is operated and how it performs. We have gone from 5 towns and 15 teams in 1999 to now having participants from over 10 towns. The league currently is comprised of teams from the following towns:
- Excelsior Springs
- Oak Grove
- Pleasant Hill
We also have expanded our league to contain 3 major divisions:
Junior division - which is divided into 3 subdivisions:
- 2nd Grade Division
- 3rd Grade division
- 4th Grade division
Senior division - which is divided into 2 subdivisions:
- 5th Grade division
- 6th Grade division
- 7th Grade division
